50th Memories

Getting ready for our big 50th Dave Ober unloaded boxes, Doug Tamura put out the signs to guide people to the venue, Jo Brubaker tied 60+ balloons in bundles, Cyndy Jochens Salladay put finishing touches on the Memory tables and centerpieces on the round tables under the tent, Jo and Cyndy set out appetizers and Dave Epley & Dave Ober learned how to fold napkins while watching the BSU game on the TV in front of them.  Besides setting up the Registration tables, Chris Hudelson Green set up the Memorium tables.  9 months of planning coming together for a night of renewing friendships.
Classmates arrived at Honalee Farms to be greeted with smiles, hugs and a very organized group of lovely ladies - Chris Hudelson Green, Ginny Westphal Brown, Iola Peppley Arnold and Jill Gaines (Steve's wife).  Thanks to Chris Hudelson Green and her meticulous record keeping of classmates everything went smoothly.
Partners in Crime - Kathy Woodward Gagnon and Chris Hudelson Green researched classmates and wittled away at our "Missing Classmates List" and unfortunatley added to our deceased list as they got information.  And we missed Kathy as she had already booked a family vacation and did not make it to our Reunion. Be careful - she will track you down. :)  She's a pro at finding people. Both Chris and Kathy spent numerous hours trying to locate classmates.  Just ask David Green and Rich Gagnon.

Master of Ceremonies - Our own Dan Steward once again did a fabulous job entertaining us!  Just give him a microphone and we'll all have a great time.  We laughed about doing trivia again for the 50th since we did some at our 40th and then decided no one would remember.  Haha, it's going to be the same program for the 60th and it will be all new again.

Photographers - Teresa Tamura captured a whole group of unruly people who just wanted to talk but she did a great job!  "Hey you in the back row - Look at me".  And what a surprise that Chris Wethered showed up with his camera and took NUMEROUS photos capturing great candid shots, posed shots with couples, friends, the venue and the whole experience.  Thanks so much to both of you!

The Caterers, Dutch Oven Den, served us delicous, hot, down home food.
